Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage an assigned sales area, maximizing sales and meeting corporate objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel and handle category leads from qualification to closure.
  3. Motivate and manage a 5-member sales team to achieve targets and ensure consistent enrollments and usage.
  4. Conduct market research and prepare a list of prospective customers while ensuring regular market visits.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in channel sales and team handling.
  2. Graduate or Postgraduate education preferred.
  3. Strong market knowledge with a focus on building networks and relationships.
  4. Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.
