Cvent is seeking a Team Lead, Field Marketing to drive and execute marketing campaigns for the APAC region, promoting our Hospitality Cloud solutions for hotels and destinations
In this role, you will collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, working closely with the regional sales counterparts to land effective marketing programs in the region
The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience in the technology or hospitality sector, with a strong track record in multi-channel marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation
You should be creative, data-driven, and skilled in using marketing automation platforms, digital channels, and event marketing strategies to support business growth
In This Role, You Will:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness for Cvent s Hospitality Cloud in APAC
Localize and adapt global campaigns to fit regional market needs and preferences
Collaborate with sales teams to optimize the lead handoff process and support conversion goals
Curate and localize marketing content (emails, landing pages, sales collateral) for regional audiences
Plan and promote webinars, online demos, and virtual events through relevant marketing channels
Support physical events and trade shows by creating marketing collaterals and driving attendance
Collaborate with industry partners to run joint campaigns in the region
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead follow-up and pipeline acceleration
Collaborate with global marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and adopt best practices
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to enhance campaign execution
Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
Here's What You Need:
5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or the hospitality industry
Proven expertise in campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing
Experience with marketing automation platforms (eg, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (eg, Salesforce)
strong content marketing skills, including email marketing, landing page optimization, and sales collateral creation
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to optimize campaign content
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in travel, travel technology, or hospitality marketing
Familiarity with APAC market trends and customer preferences
Experience running partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with external organizations
Experience in B2B Account-based marketing/Enterprise marketing would be an added advantage
