We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our Client Experience division in Chennai. This role is pivotal in overseeing the locally based service team within Professional Services, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality service is consistently delivered to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities As a Team Lead Will Include
- Lead daily operations and coordinate team workload.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
- Monitor metrics and resolve team or client issues.
- Collaborate on process improvements and documentation.
- Handle client escalations and ensure service quality.
- Align team efforts with strategic goals and cross-functional expectations.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Team Lead:
- 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
- 3+ years in team management or mentorship.
- Strong communication with data analysis experience and project management skills.
- Confident in managing people and client relationships.
- Extensive experience with +digi, publiFund, efile, +docs, and datafeeds.
