We're seeking an experienced Team Lead - Campaign Management to join our growing team in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our email execution efforts, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on campaign execution and email marketing.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions.

- Act as a subject matter expert in campaign management, providing guidance and solving complex challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
What we need :
- 3+ years of proven experience in campaign management, email marketing, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a managerial or team lead capacity, ideally within a BPO/KPO setting.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in guiding and motivating team members to achieve peak performance.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
- A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to your work.
- Willingness to work in night shifts to support global operations.
- Preferred: B. Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical degree.
