Team Lead - Ecommerce Last-mile

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Leader to manage daily operations at the last mile logistics hub. The role involves supervising delivery staff, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, monitoring operational performance, and maintaining smooth hub activities while achieving service and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily hub operations.

* Lead and manage delivery executives and hub staff.

* Ensure timely sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch of shipments.

* Monitor delivery performance and ensure SLA compliance.

* Handle attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation.

* Track undelivered shipments and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency within the hub.

* Coordinate with transport vendors and internal departments.

* Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

* Address escalations from customers, clients, and delivery staff.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new delivery executives.

Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations

* Prior experience in team handling will be an added advantage
