Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Engineers and Senior Engineers in the Metal and Infra domain.
- Promote best practices, knowledge transfer, and competency development across the team.
- Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for processes and VFD applications in Metal and Infra industries.
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage full project life cycle: pre-sales proposal support, engineering, and site support.
- Deliver projects on time, with quality, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for successful project execution.
Technical Expertise
- Provide guidance on Rockwell Automation platforms (ControlLogix, AC/DC Drives, FT View SE/ME).
- Implement advanced solutions such as Metals Standards and coordinated drive systems.
- Troubleshoot and commission PLCs and instrumentation as required.
