Key Responsibilities

Team Goal & Target Management

• Take complete ownership of team marketing goals and campaign targets
• Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets collectively
• Ensure all campaign deliverables and lead targets are completed on time

Team Performance Monitoring

• Track team productivity across ads, content, and campaign execution
• Monitor performance of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns
• Track leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI
• Identify gaps in performance and skill levels
• Take corrective actions to improve results and ensure consistent target achievement

Team Handling & Operations

• Manage and supervise a digital marketing team of 5 to 10 members
• Allocate tasks related to ads, design, content, SEO, and social media
• Monitor daily workflow and timelines
• Ensure smooth coordination between team members in a remote setup

Team Motivation & Engagement

• Motivate the team to maintain productivity and creativity
• Build confidence and accountability within the team
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture
• Encourage collaboration and continuous learning

Training & Coaching Support

• Guide team members on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and campaign strategies
• Support skill development in tools like Canva, Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Ensure process adherence and quality standards
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

Key Roles & Responsibilities with Skills & Tools

Meta & Google Ads Management

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
• Handle audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization
• Monitor daily performance and prepare reports using analytics tools

Graphic Designing

• Oversee creation of banners, posters, and ad creatives
• Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

Video Editing & Reels

• Guide editing of reels, shorts, and promotional videos
• Tools: CapCut, VN, Filmora, Premiere Pro

Social Media Management

• Supervise handling of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Plan posting calendars and engagement strategies
• Track audience growth and insights

Digital Marketing Operations

• Support WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, automation tools, and CRM
• Coordinate landing pages and influencer promotions if required

Content & Communication

• Review ad copies, captions, hashtags, and promotional content
• Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency

Candidate Requirements

• 13 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
• Experience handling or guiding a small team preferred
• Good communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
