Role: Team Lead – JavaExperience: 10–17 Years
Location: Bengaluru
This position will be part of a growing team building large-scale, high-performance backend systems. The individual should have deep expertise in Core Java, multithreading, and microservices architecture, and will be hands-on in coding and system design.
Responsibilities:- Hands-on coder with strong experience in Core Java, Java, Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambdas), and multithreading/concurrency
- Strong understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and clean code practices
- Follow best development practices including code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and deployment
- Design and build scalable microservices using Spring Boot / Spring ecosystem
- Develop and optimize REST APIs, backend services, and distributed systems
- Work on performance tuning, memory management, and JVM optimization
- Align with key client initiatives and interface daily with customers to understand requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable backend solutions
- Provide technical leadership and manage the team on a day-to-day basis
- Design and implement APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns for distributed systems
- Drive end-to-end ownership: design, development, testing, and production deployment
Qualifications:- 10–17 years of experience in backend / Java development
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems
- Strong experience in API design, system design, and scalable architectures
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database interactions (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience in building and supporting enterprise-scale applications
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualification:- Experience with Kafka / messaging systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Exposure to Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
