Designation: Team Leader

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Experience managing a team of around 16 members
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
  • Proactive approach to ensure smooth operations and collaboration
  • Ability to lead by example and drive team performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a positive team environment with open communication
  • Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and define deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and productivity
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Motivate, coach, and train team members
  • Identify training needs and provide continuous guidance
