Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and a strong background in Civil Engineering. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing a team and coordinating with all stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Management & Oversight:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and all other project stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end construction of IT Campuses, IT Parks, or commercial buildings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• A B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering.
• Professional experience in the construction industry.
