Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a 15-member Customer Experience team ensuring service excellence.
  2. Manage key operator accounts, addressing escalations and ensuring SLA compliance.
  3. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement customer-centric solutions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of team management and KAM experience.
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  3. Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
