We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead with strong expertise in Australian accounting standards and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Workflow Handover
- Client Relationship Management
- Team Leadership & Development
- Operational & Technical Oversight
- Software Expertise such as- Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online
- Adhere to ISOaligned operational policies
- Issue Resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Australian accounting.
- At least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a KPO/BPO environment.
- Education & Certifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Professional qualifications preferred: CA / CS / ACCA (Inter or Qualified).
- Proficiency in Australian accounting software: Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QBO.
- Strong understanding of Australian BAS, GST, Payroll, and bookkeeping processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, peoplemanagement, and teambuilding abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
