Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring profitable revenue
  • Reviewing and assisting performance and taking appropriate action for redressal where needed
  • Monitoring the work of the team by using daily reports
  • Keeping an eye on the new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document and priority.
  • Responsible for team performance along with the manpower of 7-8 people initially.
  • Skillfully focused on retaining the performers of team, handling escalation.
  • Proven success in sales and Positive attitude to dealing with teams.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
  • Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Capable of working independently and along with the team.

Qualification

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in Edtech sales and 2+ years of experience in DLP Domestic (UG/PG Programmes) like NMIMS, Amity, DY patil and Manipal University .
  • 1+years of experience in Team Handling
