Job Description:-
- Responsible to Coach, Guide, and Educate staff members at all organizational tiers on new workflows and performance standards C.I. (Lean practices, Waste elimination etc).
- Map existing operational workflows, establish performance benchmarks, and uncover production shortfalls.
- Responsible for implementation of systems like Zoning / 5S / Standardization/ Problem Solving,
- Responsible for the Equipment Tools & to drive, improve & sustain them.
- Responsible for CI Audits & CI Projects (to Implement, Achieve, Drive, and Acquire).
- Responsible for Process development and for the Productivity.
- Responsible for Time and Motion study.
- Responsible for CI flow line and giving training to other people.
- Responsible for Waste Identification & Elimination, hence improving processes.
