Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of engineers.
- Drive team capability development and multi-skilling.
- Assign resources based on skills and project requirements.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.
- Manage performance and create development plans for team members.
Project & Technical Management
- Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle: proposal support, engineering, and site implementation.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical implementation for HW/SW/HMI and third-party interfaces.
- Coordinate with PMs for scope, WBS, and execution plans.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency through reusable engineering standards.
- Ensure compliance with SSB standards, IT platforms, and audit requirements.
Process Expertise & Innovation
- Provide subject matter expertise in process applications (Batch, S88, PlantPAx, Line Performance, Sequence Manager, etc.).
- Support functional excellence in process industry solutions.
- Research and evaluate automation technologies, including Cloud and IIoT solutions.
- Provide consulting and solution guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with global RA clients and program managers.
- Present solutions to stakeholders and coordinate technical tasks.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery.
- Support AOP planning and procurement optimization.
