Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of engineers.
  • Drive team capability development and multi-skilling.
  • Assign resources based on skills and project requirements.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.
  • Manage performance and create development plans for team members.

Project & Technical Management

  • Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle: proposal support, engineering, and site implementation.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical implementation for HW/SW/HMI and third-party interfaces.
  • Coordinate with PMs for scope, WBS, and execution plans.
  • Drive cost reduction and efficiency through reusable engineering standards.
  • Ensure compliance with SSB standards, IT platforms, and audit requirements.

Process Expertise & Innovation

  • Provide subject matter expertise in process applications (Batch, S88, PlantPAx, Line Performance, Sequence Manager, etc.).
  • Support functional excellence in process industry solutions.
  • Research and evaluate automation technologies, including Cloud and IIoT solutions.
  • Provide consulting and solution guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with global RA clients and program managers.
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and coordinate technical tasks.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery.
  • Support AOP planning and procurement optimization.
