Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales Sourcing Team Leader plays a key role in driving lead generation and building a strong pipeline of potential buyers for real estate projects.
- Leading a sourcing team, identifying new business opportunities, initiating client relationships, and ensuring qualified leads are passed efficiently to the closing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and closing teams to ensure a smooth lead handover and track conversion success.
- Ensure consistent generation of qualified leads.
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation.
- Monitor sourcing performance metrics and present reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Required Skills:
15+ years of experience in real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate lead generation channels.
