Skills Required

• MBA (Finance)/B.COM/CFA with 6–8+ years of experience in Bank Loan/CLO Operations.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loan lifecycle and CLO operations.
• Basic understanding of CLO structures, Warehouse , and CLO Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CLO Compliance, Collateral & Coverage Tests, and Trustee reporting is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with WSO, Markit, ClearPar, GENEVA and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, client relationships, and operational escalations.
  
  

Responsibilities

The role will involve the following critical activities:

• Manage daily CLO operations while ensuring SLA and quality compliance.
• Oversee reconciliations, settlements, cash movements, and loan lifecycle events.
• Review and resolve operational escalations and client queries.
• Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and MIS reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and team development.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
