Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Leader to lead the Permission Team within the Monetization Execution department. The role involves managing a team responsible for obtaining permissions from residential societies for brand activation campaigns, advertisements, events, and other monetization activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely approvals and seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Permission Team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly permission targets.
Allocate societies and campaigns among team members and monitor productivity.
Coordinate with RWAs, Management Committees (MCs), Facility Managers, and society office bearers to obtain necessary approvals.
Ensure timely acquisition of permissions for brand activations, kiosk installations, sampling activities, digital advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Track campaign timelines and ensure permissions are secured before execution deadlines.
Resolve escalations related to permission delays or society objections.
Maintain strong relationships with society stakeholders to improve approval rates.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
Prepare daily MIS reports and permission status updates.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Execution, and Client Servicing teams.
Identify process improvements to enhance permission turnaround time.
Ensure all documentation, agreements, and approvals are accurately maintained.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Operations, Field Coordination, Client Servicing, Permission Management, or Team Handling.
Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory.
Experience working with residential societies, RWAs, facility management companies, or field operations will be an added advantage.
