About Job:

• We're looking for a hybrid analytics leader who sits at the intersection of data, insight, and operational decision‑making.
• This role is not about being the top Power BI developer
• This role is not about pure people management
• This role is about owning insight → decision → impact

What you'll be responsible for

• Setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations across the analytics team
• Balancing delivery across BI development and logistical analytics services
• Leading performance management, coaching, and capability building
• Managing business requests from operations, control rooms, and logistics
• Defining and governing KPIs, metric consistency, and calculation logic
• Ensuring insights are operationally meaningful and actively used
• Challenging teams on insight depth, clarity, and storytelling
• Driving standardisation, analytics best practices, and data governance alignment
• Leading continuous improvement and benchmarking initiatives

• KPIs that operators trust and act on
• BI outputs that influence real operational decisions
• Standardised, scalable analytics across sites and regions
• A team that grows in capability, confidence, and impact

This role is NOT

A senior Power BI developer doing most of the build work

A detached people manager

An operational execution owner

This is a hybrid analytics leadership role.
