Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Sales Team Lead who can both personally close high-ticket deals and manage a team. This is not a training role — we need someone who already has solid experience in the premium segment (HNWI / high-ticket deals), sales management, and working with inbound leads.
Location
The role is based in Mumbai. At the same time, we welcome candidates from Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai, and we are open to discussing relocation to Mumbai for the right candidate.
Important requirement (languages)
For this role, it is very important that the candidate speaks at least one South Indian language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam. Strong English is also required. The ability to communicate with clients in their local language is critical for building trust and achieving strong sales results.
What you'll do
Lead and manage a team of sales managers (performance, discipline, results), personally close high-value deals with high-net-worth clients, work with warm and hot inbound leads (no cold outreach), own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, conduct offline meetings with clients and build long-term relationships, improve conversion rates, scripts, and sales processes, and represent the company at a premium level.
What we expect
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Sales Manager, strong track record of closing high-ticket deals, experience working with HNWI clients or in the premium segment, ability to lead by example (actively selling, not just managing), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a structured, results-driven mindset.
