Job Purpose
Meet analytical needs of all business units by delivering accurate, timely MIS and reports. Manage critical processes, compliance, and projects to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Job
Release schedules with accuracy and adherence to timelines; Create meaningful MIS from raw data using core systems and tools like MS Excel, SQL, and DWH; Ensure error-free data delivery aligned with user and market requirements; Communicate timelines with users and ensure process closure; Projects & Initiatives; Lead projects and initiatives across BIU for retail and wholesale verticals; Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, and performance management systems; Drive automation and self-service delivery to enhance efficiency; Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams; Information Management; Maintain and enrich data marts for business needs; Support credit card sourcing through pre-qualified base management and campaign execution; Deliver tactical reports and validate outputs for accuracy; Manage server infrastructure and oversee migration activities; Automate scheduled activities to optimize resource use; Ensure infrastructure efficiency and manpower utilization; Training and Validation; Train new team members on business processes and systems; Validate team outputs and implement checks for critical activities; Stakeholder Management; Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration; Work effectively within BIU and other teams to achieve shared goals; Team Development; Coach and guide team members to enhance performance; Create and monitor development plans for team growth.
Education
Senior management as and when required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Banking Technology.
Certifications
ETL, EDW, Cube Concepts.
