Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Team Lead at BharatPe, based in Cannanore. The Team Lead will manage day-to-day team operations, mentor and supervise team members, and ensure that business goals and targets are met. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues, coordinating with cross-departmental teams, and implementing strategic plans to enhance overall productivity and efficiency. The Team Lead will also ensure alignment with the company's objectives, provide timely updates, and maintain a high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operations and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between team members, stakeholders, and departments.
- Basic familiarity with financial services and merchant solutions is preferred.
- Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a relevant field.
