About the Role

HonorVet Technologies is looking for an experienced Team Lead/Assistant Manager – HR Operations with 6+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience. The role will focus on employee engagement, performance management, employee experience, retention, HR policies, employee connect, counselling, and overall HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and employee-handling skills, with the ability to independently manage HR processes and employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
  • Maintain HR records, trackers, and reports.

Performance Management

  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) and performance review processes.
  • Manage PIP cases and monitor employee progress.
  • Conduct employee counselling for performance and workplace concerns.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Drive employee connect and engagement initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and address concerns to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Support initiatives focused on employee engagement and workplace culture.

Retention & Attrition

  • Monitor attrition trends and identify potential retention concerns.
  • Conduct employee connects and work on initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Partner with managers and internal teams to address employee-related concerns.

HR Policies & COC

  • Communicate and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Ensure awareness and adherence to the Code of Conduct (COC).
  • Conduct HR briefings and awareness sessions.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong experience in PMS, PIP, employee engagement, employee connect, retention, and attrition management.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and Code of Conduct.
  • Experience in employee counselling and grievance/concern handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities in an employee-facing onsite environment.
