Role & Responsibilities
Understand the Business requirement and design, develop web applications with C#, Angular 14+ version and Type Script. Leading the team to achieve company goals.

- Should be the interface between the team and management.
- Proven experience of handling risks and providing mitigation strategies
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems
- Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
- Providing third-level support to business users.
- Compliance of process and quality management standards
- Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
- Report the status with alarms, explanations and solutions; Promptly escalate issues to the reporting manager
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Angular Technical Lead Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development using Angular (Version 8 to 16)
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands on experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have solid experience in RESTful API development, database management (SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL), query writing, and stored procedures
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have 1+ year of experience in a team lead/technical lead role where managed 3+ team size of developers
- Mandatory (Education) – B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech
- Mandatory (Stability) – Stable career history with a minimum 2 years tenure in each role
- Mandatory (Company Type) – Product Companies / B2B SaaS/ ERP Companies OR Service company where candidate worked with b2b saas clients
- Mandatory (Note) - Considering candidates from South India only.
- Mandatory (Note) - Candidate's Current title should be Lead/Manager or above.
- Preferred (Industry) – OceanTech, LogisticsTech, ShippingTech, TransportationTech, ERPs
- Preferred (Experience 1) – Hands-on experience with C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ Queries for backend/API development
- Preferred (Experience 2) – Exposure to DevOps processes (CI/CD) using Jenkins / Azure DevOps, configuration management, and version control systems
- Preferred (Experience 3) – Strong understanding of unit testing & TDD (Jasmine, NUnit, Protractor) with proven ability to deliver quality, reusable components
