This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead and Project Manager based in Indore. The role entails overseeing and managing eLearning content development projects, leading a team of professionals, setting project goals and timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key tasks include team coordination, project planning, monitoring progress, risk management, and ensuring that client requirements are consistently met. The role also involves effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Proven leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Expertise in project management principles, including goal setting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in eLearning content development and familiarity with digital tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry or educational content development is a strong plus
