Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Team Lead for Rebar Estimating and Detailing, based in Salem. The Team Lead will oversee the preparation of detailed rebar drawings and cost estimates, ensure project accuracy, and manage a team of detailers and estimators. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, reviewing project requirements, supervising work quality, and providing mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in rebar detailing and estimation software, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including delegating tasks and fostering team collaboration
• Experience in interpreting construction drawings and specifications accurately
• Attention to detail and expertise in ensuring project precision and compliance
• Effective communication and client interaction skills to maintain strong professional relationships
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Hands-on experience in the rebar industry and knowledge of industry standards
