NC Management Specialist - Manufacturing Engineering

A320 Final Assembly Line Forward Fuselage Rework Support

NC (Non-Conformity) Management

Join a dynamic and experienced team supporting the A320 Final Assembly Line (FAL) with a strong focus on NC (Non-Conformity) management, workflow optimization, and reducing rework backlogs.

Key Responsibilities:

NC and Outstanding Work Planning for Mechanical, Electrical, and AJU operations

Job Card preparation based on Aircraft Manager priorities

Prioritize tasks near Flight Operational Testing and FAL production milestones

Analyze/document NCs using drawings, SOIs, and work orders

Coordinate with suppliers for rework (Safran, Stelia, Leonardo, HAL, CAC, LAT, SGS, etc.)

Ensure part availability and initiate reorders

Daily coordination with production, quality teams, and reporting of KPI

Tools & Systems:

Nomad, SAP PEA/PDA/PAC

ACPnG, NoVo, Zamiz (Airina), Tandem

CATIA V5 (advantage), Norm Master, IBM GILDA

Skills & Knowledge:

NCs, Concessions, Standard & Ordering NCs, Work Orders

Workflow creation & steering NCs for exchange

Supplier & production coordination
