Team lead, Affiliate Sales

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth with hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and a proven track record of onboarding and managing Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.

- Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team.

- Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns.

- Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

- Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers, or similar.

- Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance using data.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
