Role Description
As a Team Lead - Admissions, you will oversee and manage the digital admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for students and educational institutions. You will lead a team to achieve goals related to student engagement and admissions, monitor performance, and implement process improvements as needed. You will also collaborate with various departments, manage client relations, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hisar.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing stakeholders needs
- Experience in Curriculum Development to align programs with market demands
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively, with a focus on professional growth
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in admissions processes or EdTech is advantageous
