As a Team Leader for the Form Filling & Lead Verification Team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to ensure efficient form completion and accurate lead verification processes. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing leadership, training, and support to team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Lead and supervise a team responsible for form filling and lead verification processes.

Develop strategies and implement procedures to streamline form completion and lead verification, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any operational issues that may arise.

Train new team members on processes, systems, and company policies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of tasks and expectations.

Create and maintain reports detailing team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency.

Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among team members.

Serve as a point of contact for escalations, addressing customer or internal inquiries regarding form filling and lead verification processes promptly and effectively.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to optimize team performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably managing teams involved in form filling or lead verification activities.

Strong understanding of form filling processes, lead verification techniques, and quality control measures.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively.

Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency.

Salary range- 4.5- 6.5 LPA
