Designation AD &Quest Support (Team leader)

Client Central Bank of India

Location NaviMumbai, CBD Belapur.

Work Model Work from Office/ 6 Days working/ General Shift

Expertise in -

Deep knowledge of Quest suite (Identity Manager, Change Auditor, GPO Admin, Recovery Manager).

Expertise in AD Forest recovery, disaster recovery planning.

Advanced load balancing & high availability configurations.

Strong in security frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOX, GDPR compliance).

Strong experience in Team handling & Project handling

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quest, Array, Trend Antivirus, and SFTP

platforms.

Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-level solutions.

Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and provide permanent fixes.

Manage upgrades, patches, and integrations of Quest & Array systems.

Develop automation scripts/tools to reduce manual tasks.

Work with security/compliance teams to ensure audit readiness (Quest Change Auditor,

Enterprise Reporter).

Provide guidance & training to L1/L2 teams.

Collaborate with vendors for architecture reviews and new feature adoption.
