Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Digital Marketing (B2B)
Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of digital marketing solutions in the B2B segment. The role involves managing territory-level sales, acquiring and retaining clients, leading a sales team, and building strong relationships with businesses to provide customized digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Paid Ads, Website Solutions, etc.) in the B2B market.
- Acquire new corporate clients, SMEs, and startups by understanding their marketing needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the respective territory.
- Develop and implement territory-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand business challenges and propose digital marketing solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients to maximize their ROI from digital campaigns.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the territory sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions on digital marketing products, sales skills, and B2B negotiation.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
Territory Operations & Reporting
- Oversee territory sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, delivery, and support teams.
- Track territory sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.).
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into digital solutions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications & Experience and Offering:
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 45 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 34 years in digital marketing services sales and Territory Sales Manager Roll.
- Prior experience in managing a territory or sales team is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in the B2B domain.
- Compensation: Fixed Salary, CTC- up to 6.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
