This role is for a Team Lead - Relationship Manager in the Customer Engagement Channel for a leading AMC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mutual fund sales to HNI clients and will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Upsell mutual fund products to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
- Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
- Conduct regular feedback and review sessions with the team to improve business volume and client acquisition.
- Coach and lead the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with key and potential investors to generate repeat business.
- Assist with closing sales calls by working closely with Relationship Managers when required.
- Ensure the team delivers the highest level of service to HNI customers.
- Create awareness through events, conferences, and product sessions for investors.
- Enhance and upgrade client net worth and achieve sales and revenue targets through the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mutual fund sales is required.
- Proven experience handling HNI clients.
- Must be comfortable with B2C sales.
- Strong team management, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- The ability to effectively close sales calls and support a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
