Role Description The Team Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for coordinating daily team activities, scheduling meetings, tracking task progress, and ensuring clear communication across departments. The Team Coordinator will maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and assist in prioritizing work to meet deadlines. This position also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting leadership with planning and follow-up. The ideal candidate will help keep teams organized, aligned with goals, and responsive to operational needs in a fast-paced, innovative education technology environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to coordinate schedules, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support clear information sharing among team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking tools, video conferencing platforms, email and calendar tools).
  • Ability to document processes, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of meetings, tasks, and project updates.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and removing roadblocks.
  • Comfort working in a technology-driven environment; interest in VR, AR, or edtech is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in coordination, administration, or operations is preferred.
