Team Coach – Face-to-Face Fundraising

As a Team Coach, you will lead and motivate a team of face-to-face fundraisers working across streets, malls, corporate premises, residential communities, and other outreach locations. You will play a key role in driving donor acquisition, developing fundraising talent, and ensuring a high-performing and engaged team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of face-to-face fundraisers.
- Drive donor acquisition and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
- Fundraise alongside your team and lead by example in the field.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching, performance monitoring, and regular feedback sessions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new fundraisers.
- Ensure strong team engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Maintain accurate reports and performance records.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader, Team Coach, or similar people-management role.
- Experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales promotion, direct marketing, customer acquisition, NGO fundraising, or field sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and team management skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with the public.
