Roles and Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Teamcenter implementations with strong focus on Teamcenter

Manufacturing (TcM) modules

• Define and execute test strategy covering TcM functionalities such as:

• Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP)

• Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)

• Bill of Process (BOP)

• Plant/process structure management

• Validate end-to-end business flows across Engineering to Manufacturing (EBOM → MBOM → BOP

transformations)

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure manufacturing requirements are testable and well-defined

• Lead test planning, estimation, and execution across Agile sprints and release cycles

• Design and manage:

• Test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

• Test data for complex manufacturing use cases

• Regression and integration test suites

• Ensure validation of Teamcenter core modules and TcM configurations

• Drive integration testing with:

• ERP systems (SAP)

• Shop floor/MES systems

• CAD integrations (NX)

• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution tracking

• Ensure traceability from requirements → test cases → defects

• Oversee UAT planning and coordination, ensuring business sign-offs for manufacturing workflows

• Validate data migration and conversion of manufacturing data (MBOM, process plans, resources)

• Ensure quality validation during upgrades, deployments, and enhancements

• Work closely with Admin and Dev teams on environment readiness and release validation

• Drive test automation initiatives where applicable (functional/regression suites)

• Ensure performance and scalability testing for large manufacturing datasets and workflows

• Mentor and guide QA team members across modules and geographies

• Enforce QA standards, governance, and best practices across implementation programs

• Support cutover planning, production readiness validation, and hypercare activities

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Teamcenter QA with implementation project exposure

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Manufacturing (TcM) modules (MBOM, BOP, MPP)

• Good understanding of EBOM to MBOM transformation and manufacturing processes

• Experience in functional, integration, and UAT testing within PLM programs

• Proficiency in test management tools (ADO, JIRA, ALM, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter data model and workflows

• Experience handling end-to-end QA lifecycle in Agile environments

• Strong defect management and RCA capabilities
