About the Role

As our Digital Marketing & Content Executive, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact between our clients and our internal team of consultants and specialists — and you'll own the content and social media execution for multiple client accounts at the same time. That means writing and posting captions in both English and Marathi, keeping projects moving, keeping clients informed, and gradually growing into hands-on execution work like SEO and content publishing — both for our clients and for Tech Foresight itself.

What You'll Do

• Act as the single point of contact (POC) for assigned client accounts, coordinating between client teams and our in-house consultants
• Write and post social media captions and content — in both English and Marathi — across multiple clients Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook channels, per the agreed content calendar
• Maintain and update project trackers so nothing slips through the cracks
• Collect inputs from client teams and communicate project progress back to them on a daily basis
• Support the in-house team with day-to-day coordination and communication
• Build monthly reports and presentations summarizing progress, performance, and next steps for each client/project
• Gradually take on SEO tasks and website content writing — for both client projects and Tech Foresight's own platforms

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, client coordination, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong writing skills in both English and Marathi — able to write social media captions and client-facing content confidently in both languages
• Comfortable managing multiple clients, content calendars, and trackers at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate directly with client teams
• Working familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and posting/scheduling
• Willingness to learn SEO and content publishing on the job
• Own laptop (required — we do not provide one)
• Based in or able to commute daily to Pimpri-Chinchwad / Ravet, Pune

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience writing social media content or captions for multiple brands/clients
• Prior experience creating monthly client reports or presentations
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals

Work arrangement: This is a full-time, on-site role — you'll be working from our office / designated client workplace 5 days a week. This is not a remote or work-from-home position; daily presence with the core team is required.

Compensation: Starting salary is 15,000/month in-hand — higher compensation may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience.
