Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Deliver lectures, design course curriculum, and assess students performance.
• Research: Contribute to research, publish papers, and guide student research projects.
• Departmental Involvement: Participate in departmental meetings, events, and academic initiatives.
• Student Mentorship: Advice and support students in their academic and career development.
• Academic Administration: Manage student records and assist in academic processes.
• Industry Collaboration: Build industry connections for guest lectures and internships.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MA/MSc and BA/BSc in Psychology or related discipline with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
• Ph.D. is mandatory, and NET (National Eligibility Test) or GSET (State Eligibility Test) qualifications are preferred.

* Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

* Qualification and Experience should be as per UGC/Councils norms.
