Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Teaching Professional, based in Srinagar North. The Teaching Professional will be responsible for planning and delivering subject-specific lessons, creating educational materials, monitoring students academic progress, and providing mentorship to students preparing for competitive exams. Additionally, the role involves motivating students, fostering critical thinking, and participating in initiatives such as workshops, quizzes, and co-curricular activities to ensure holistic development.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to create effective and engaging curricula.
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey concepts clearly and inspire students.
- Experience in guiding students for competitive exams such as NEET, JEE, or Olympiads is an advantage.
- Commitment to fostering academic and personal growth in students.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or in a relevant specialization, is highly desirable.
- Prior teaching experience in an academic setting is preferred.
