Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Teaching Faculty role based in Delhi, India. The faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering BBA courses, developing and evaluating curriculum, and mentoring students. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive lectures, assessing student progress, and contributing to academic research and institutional activities. Faculty members are also expected to participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences to promote academic excellence within the institution.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in business administration, management, or related fields
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging course content and interactive teaching methods
• Experience in academic research, curriculum development, and student mentorship
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in academic and administrative activities
• Doctoral or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
• Prior teaching or industry experience is highly desirable
