Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bilaspur for a Teaching Faculty position. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for conducting classes, creating and delivering subject-based content, developing and evaluating course material, mentoring students, and preparing them for competitive exams. The role also requires collaborating with fellow faculty members to ensure comprehensive coverage of the syllabus and providing support to students through doubt-clearing sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in areas relevant to Banking, SSC, Railway, or State-Level Competitive Exams
- Proficiency in teaching methodologies and classroom management
- Ability to develop course material and deliver engaging and informative lessons
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills
- Experience preparing students for competitive exams and familiarity with the exam pattern
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools is a plus
