We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Faculty member to join our academic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in teaching at the university level and will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, engaging them in the learning process, and contributing to the academic community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students.
• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the curriculum and educational offerings.
• Conduct research in the relevant field and publish findings in academic journals.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development.

Skills and Qualifications

• PhD degree in the relevant subject area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in the classroom.
• Experience with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Research experience and a record of publications are preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
