Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commerce Teacher to teach Accountancy, Business Studies, and/or Economics to students of Grades 11 & 12. The candidate should be passionate about building strong conceptual clarity and preparing students for board examinations and future careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics as per curriculum
• Develop structured lesson plans and teaching materials
• Prepare students for board exams (CBSE/ICSE/State Board)
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance evaluations
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and academic support
• Use real-life examples, case studies, and practical applications
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• Master's degree preferred (M.Com / Economics)
• Bachelor's in Education
• Strong subject knowledge in Accounts, Business Studies, and/or Economics
• Minimum 1–5 years of teaching experience (Grade 11–12 preferred)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBSE curriculum/ICSE/State Board curriculum
• Ability to simplify accounting concepts or economic theories & business studies
• Experience preparing students for board exams and competitive exams
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Salary Range: ₹10K - ₹20K
