Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagercoil for a Subject Matter Expert. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for developing subject-specific lesson plans, delivering high-quality content, mentoring educators, and staying updated on the latest syllabus and examination patterns. Additional responsibilities include assisting in designing academic materials, evaluating teaching methods, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in the institution's academic practices.

Qualifications

• Subject expertise in NEET and JEE topics with in-depth knowledge of academic content and concepts.
• Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to mentor educators and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical and organizational skills for evaluating academic performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Capability to innovate and adapt teaching materials and strategies based on changing syllabus or student needs.
• Experience in the education sector, preferably in NEET/JEE coaching, is highly preferred.
• Degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field is desirable.
