Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Cambridge curriculum
- Assess and evaluate students performance and progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject
- Teaching certification or diploma in teaching
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
