We are seeking a full-time Training Manager to join our team in Davangere. The role involves designing and conducting training sessions for preschool teachers and administrators, focusing on effective implementation of Kreedo's curriculum and materials. Responsibilities include developing training modules, evaluating training outcomes, and providing ongoing coaching to enhance teaching practices. The Training Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in program delivery and maintain high standards in early education.

• Strong expertise in training methodologies, curriculum development, and teacher coaching
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and implementing improvements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with educators
• Previous experience in early childhood education or teacher training is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Kannada language is an added advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Davangere
