Role Description The Teacher Trainer at Kreedo is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, focused on building teaching excellence in partner preschools. In this role, the Teacher Trainer conducts training sessions and workshops for preschool teachers and school owners on Kreedo's curriculum, classroom practices, and assessment methods. The position involves observing classrooms, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating effective teaching techniques and lesson delivery. The Teacher Trainer collaborates with the academic team to refine training content, prepares training materials and resources, and supports implementation of new educational programs. The role also includes maintaining training records, gathering feedback from participants, and contributing to continuous improvement of Kreedo's training solutions.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or primary education.
  • Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning aligned with structured curriculum and learning outcomes.
  • Effective Communication abilities for facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in Training educators, including conducting teacher development programs or professional learning sessions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Experience working in preschools or early childhood centers, preferably in training or academic coordination roles.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune City, travel to partner schools as needed, and manage multiple training engagements.
  • Strong organizational skills, comfort with basic digital tools, and a commitment to equitable, high-quality early education.
