Job Overview

We are looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators to conduct engaging, play-based learning sessions for children 0–6 years at their homes. This role focuses on delivering structured, activity-based learning while fostering children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one learning sessions using structured educational kits
• Deliver appropriate, activity-based lessons tailored to each child
• Share regular progress updates with parents and encourage participation
• Maintain attendance and session records through the company app
• Follow safety, hygiene, and professional standards during home visits
• Participate in training programs and contribute feedback for curriculum enhancement

Requirements

• B.Ed., ECCED, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 months of preschool or early childhood teaching experience
• Fluent in English and Hindi or Marathi
• Comfortable travelling within Mumbai's Western or Central suburbs
• Strong communication, patience, and child-friendly approach
