Job Title: Home-Based Early Childhood Educator Teachers-at-Home Program

Work Mode: On-site teaching at learners homes (Mumbai Western & Central suburban corridors)

Role Overview

As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator, you will conduct 1-on-1 developmental sessions (3045 minutes each) at children's homes in Mumbai. These sessions focus on building cognitive, motor, and socio-emotional skills using a structured, screen-free curriculum.

You will be the face of Raising Superstars in the householdprofessionalism, punctuality, and a warm, child-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 3045-minute sessions using our neuroscience-based, screen-free curriculum
• Adapt teaching based on the unique development pace of each child
• Communicate session progress and feedback to parents regularly
• Log attendance, notes, and reports via the mobile app
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and respectful conduct in every home visit
• Participate in periodic training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

RequirementDetails:-

Education: B.Ed. or Diploma/PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 6 months in preschool, daycare, or early childhood education setup

Languages: Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi

Mobility: Must be willing to travel across Mumbai's Western or Central suburban corridors

Soft Skills: Warm engagement with children, clear parent communication, and professional etiquette in home environments

Compliance: Willing to undergo police verification and submit ID/address proof

Bonus: Experience with EdTech tools or activity-based teaching methods is an added advantage.

Work Pattern & Training

• Engagement: Part-Time / Full-Time depending on number of sessions accepted
• Load: 13 sessions per day, assigned near your residential area whenever possible
• Training: 12 weeks of blended (online + in-person) onboarding before first paid session
• Support: 247 academic support, ready-to-use activity kits, and continuous mentoring
