Role Description The Teacher role at The Alpine Top School is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhatu. The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support academic progress. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, managing classroom activities, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning space, and communicating regularly with students, colleagues, and guardians. The Teacher will also participate in school meetings, student evaluations, and training sessions, and contribute to co-curricular activities and school events as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with a clear understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills and the ability to organize curriculum-aligned activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with students, colleagues, and families.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to support student development and participate in professional learning.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related field; a teaching certification or diploma is preferred.
• Experience teaching in a school setting and working with diverse learners is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain classroom discipline, use basic educational technology, and adapt teaching methods to different learning needs.
